In the article by Peng et al entitled “The α1 helix-β13 strand spanning Leu214 to Val229 of platelet glycoprotein Ibα facilitates the interaction with von Willebrand factor: evidence from characterization of the epitope of monoclonal antibody AP,” which appeared in the December 15, 2004, issue of Blood (Volume 104:3971-3978), in some figures Greek α appeared as “a” and β as “b”. Figures 1B and 3 should be labeled with CHOαβIX, Figures 4 and 5 should be labeled with “αβIX,” and Figure 2A should be labeled with “α1 helix” and “β13 strand.”
