    Costaining extracellular chromatin-treated endothelial cells with lactadherin and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)–annexin V reveals progressive phosphatidylserine exposure on filopodia with low (red, lactadherin) and high (green, FITC–annexin V; yellow, both lactadherin and FITC–annexin V) levels, suggesting low-level staining by lactadherin prior to bright generalized staining with both proteins.
