    Fluorescence microscopy of human lymphoid tissue (tonsil) stained for macrophages (CD68, green) and for hematopoietic lineage-restricted antigen (CD45, red). Lack of CD45 expression by tingible body macrophages suggests a tissue-resident origin for these cells, while tumor-associated macrophages from patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are from hematopoietic origin and recruited through tumor-derived CCL5.
