Fluorescently labeled factor Xai (cyan) and platelets (red) are seen at the site of laser injury using the cremaster injury model. The endothelium is illuminated due to green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression in Tie2-GFP-hemophilia B (HB) mice. The endothelium defined by GFP fluorescence (green), and platelets (red) distribution following laser injury in HB mice was visualized after infusion of Alexa647-FXai, the Alexa555-labeled platelet antibody, and unlabeled FV-810SYA. Confocal image and 3D reconstruction was obtained 3 min after the injury was made. See the article by Ivanciu et al on page 1705.
